Surface Preparation : Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry & totally free of dust, dirt Rust & scales and burnt carbon. Wipe the surface with Solvent / Thinner ( for removal of oil & Grease ) followed by Wire brushing / Grinding. Method of use for Cold Galvanizing Spray : Shake the can well for 1 to 2 minutes before spraying. Repeat shaking of can often during application. Wear protective eye wear when spraying. Point spray nozzle away from face. Hold spray can upright about 8"-12" from surface, apply thin, even coats with consistent back & forth motion. Allow 15 min to dry between coats & 6 hrs to dry before top coating. After use, or if spray spatters, turn the can upside down & spray to clean the spray mechanism. Protect surrounding surfaces from over-spray.

With the passage of Time . To Restrict this Property of All GI articles, equipment & surfaces, it is customary to BLEND ALUMINIUM Metal Powder in Such Coatings . Aluminium offers GLOSS & BRIGHT FINISH and adds to AESTHETICS and BRIGHTNESS to the Coated Metal. The most Important function and property of ANTI CORROSION : SALT SPRAY TEST LIFE is due to ZINC ( which has a natural Grey Colour.
